Blue Mesa brunch classics include blue corn cheese enchiladas, Adobe Pie, sweet corn cake, shrimp & grits, made-to-order omelets with a variety of fillings, huevos rancheros, waffles with fried chicken or fresh berries & whipped cream, and biscuits & gravy. There will be a variety of salads including southwest Caesar salad, Mexican chopped grilled chicken salad, taco salad, creamy shrimp salad, and fresh fruit. A dessert bar features build-your-own strawberry and blueberry shortcakes, warm churros with chocolate & cajeta sauces, sopapilla cheesecake with pecan crumble, mini flans, cookies, lemon bars, and more.
