Dancing at McCall Plaza: Free Bachata Lessons
May 4 from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Instructor Luis Delgadillo will teach you all about this social dance from the Dominican Republic. Afterwards, stick around Downtown Plano for dinner and shopping.
Hub Streat Yappy Hour
May 5 from 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Dress up your pup and bring him to Yappy Hour on Cinco de Mayo at Hub Streat! Enjoy drink discounts, raffle prizes and a doggie Cinco de Mayo costume contest. The Cinco de Mayo Yappy Hour is a benefit event for Tuckers Gift, a 501C3 organization. They provide pet, food, and vet assistance to low income HIV individuals. Tuckers Gift is funded solely by individual contributions and is 100% volunteers.
Legacy Hall Box Garden Fiesta
May 5 from 9 a.m. – 2 a.m.
With 9 bars, $6 margaritas, 23 food stalls, 3 patios and a 600 square foot outdoor live music stage; Legacy Hall has everything you need to fiesta on Cinco. All 5 bars in the Legacy Hall Box Garden will have their own featured margarita, including the Tiki Marg, TX Marg, Agave Lime Fully Dressed, Marg Snow Cone and more. Tacos Patron, Flautas and Quesadillas (FAQ), and Bravazo will all have special menu items. And Haute Sweets Patisserie will have a special chocolate taco.

Mexican Sugar Block Party
May 5 from 11 a.m. – midnight
Second annual Cinco de Mayo block party with drink specials, a DJ, and a mariachi band. Food tents will be serving street tacos and churros. The Keeper will also offer drink cocktails and seafood skewers.
